The Olympia is free. Here is the part of the schedule worth saving. The 2026 Olympia livestream is free worldwide. The official route is simple: register through Olympia Productions, then use the published schedule instead of trusting a mystery stream with twelve pop-ups and a suspicious play button. All listed times are Pacific. Friday prejudging starts at 9:30 a.m. PT with 212, Classic Physique, Figure, Women's Physique, Ms. Olympia, and Wellness. Friday's 6:00 p.m. finals also include Men's Open prejudging. Saturday prejudging begins at 9:30 a.m. PT. The 7:00 p.m. finals include Fitness, Men's Physique, Bikini, and the Mr. Olympia title decision. If you only save one block, that is the one. East Coast readers should add three hours. Register through the official page, save Friday and Saturday, and check the guide again before the show in case the organizer changes a time. Free is excellent. Free plus knowing when to open the laptop is better. |

02 / Fuel Check |
Let the clock choose the size of your late mealWhat: Eat after a late workout when it helps you reach your daily protein and energy needs, but scale the meal to the time left before bed. Why: With less than an hour, a small easy-to-digest snack is less likely to sit like a dumbbell in your stomach. With two hours or more, a normal recovery dinner makes sense. Total daily intake still matters more than beating a tiny anabolic window. Try: Under 60 minutes, start with 20-30 grams of protein and add 20-40 grams of carbohydrate when the session earned it. At 60-120 minutes, use a light meal. Beyond two hours, eat your normal dinner. If reflux or poor sleep shows up, move more food before training and shrink the post-workout portion. Use the six-meal late-night guide |

03 / Coach's Card |
Earn the sevens before you chase all seven roundsGoal: Full-body conditioning // Level: Intermediate Time: 25-40 minutes // Equipment: One or two kettlebells and floor space Three-round entry version of the seven-exercise kettlebell circuit| Move | Work |
|---|
| Kettlebell deadlift | 7 reps | | Two-hand swing | 7 reps | | Front squat | 7 reps | | Push press | 7 reps | | Bent-over row | 7 reps | | Push-up | 7 reps | | Alternating reverse lunge | 7 total | Complete three rounds and rest 90-120 seconds after each. Choose the load from your weakest weighted move, usually the press. Round three should still look like round one. Progress to five rounds only when it does; attempt seven later, with honest rest. New to kettlebells? Replace swings with deadlifts and practice the hinge separately. There is no medal for turning the final 100 reps into a live demonstration of fatigue. 04 / The Strength Bulletin |
Russel Orhii put 375 kg on the bar. Keep the asterisk.Russel Orhii squatted 375 kilograms (826.7 pounds) in training while wearing raw-legal equipment. The lift is a personal record and sits 19 kilograms above his official IPF under-93-kilogram world record. It is not a new world record. The lift happened in training, his exact bodyweight was not confirmed, and no sanctioned meet judges were there to pass it. The performance shows where his squat may be heading; the record book waits for the platform. Watch the lift and see his competition history |
05 / One More Rep |
Learn the field before prediction season gets louderThe Men's Open preview maps the full lineup, the five clearest contenders, and the dark horses who can break the expected callouts. Read it before the first comparison, then judge what appears onstage instead of awarding the Sandow to the best final-week photo. Use the complete Men's Open preview |
06 / Tuesday Assignment Make the weekend easier before it startsRegister for the official Olympia stream, put the two sessions you care about on your calendar, and decide whether your next conditioning day is three clean kettlebell rounds or none. That is enough preparation for one Tuesday. |
